My main research focuses on understanding and quantifying the carbon cycle feedback within both the ocean and terrestrial spheres of the earth system. Our understanding on these feedbacks are generally come with great uncertainly. To reduce this uncertainty, serveral tools are being developed, from data assimilation to large scale Earth system modeling.
