1. Algae are in the tank.
2. There are some food inside the tank.
3. The constant sunlight is given during the experient.
4. Laser scans the tank from below to top within one minutes and measures concentrations of algae at different depths.
I have used the data of algae. In this data I have time ,intensities, concentration1,concentration2 and depth(positions). I was interested to draw the figure of concentration versus positions.
And in this data the time is in between
one minute.It means all these happenings within one minute.
In this figure i drew the histogram of concentration of algae and position.
Here, in this figure we can see different concentrations are at different positions. Laser is used to determine it, so the data is about the concentration of algae at different positions.
In this figure,we can see the concentration is almost same upto approximately 113 cm,after that the concentration increases dramatically from 2000 to 22000(/cm3) at depth approximately 117 to 118 (cm).Again the concentration is low after 118cm. It becomes approximately 3000/ cm3. Why is it so? I think algae move in a group.And the concentration may be high in any depth because here the equal amount of sunlight is given during the experiment.concentration of algae could be high at depth 80 or may be 70 or may be other depth. In this case we get the concentration is high at approximately 117 to 118 (cm).
Second HistogramConcentration1 and Concentration2 from same file versus Positions
In this figure, i am going to show the concentration1 and concentration2 versus position from the same file. Here also same method is used to determine concentrations with positions and sunlight is given during the experiment.In this figure,we can see the concentration2 is very low than the concentration1.The concentration one shows the actual position of algae.So i think data of concentration 1 is calibrated.
And concentration2 is not calibrated.
In this figure, I am going to show concentration1 and positions from two different file. But the conditions are same in both files. Laser is used to determine concentrations with positions and sun light is given during the experiment.Here also we can see that the concentrations are almost same upto approximately in between113 to 115 (cm ) after that the concentration increases dramatically up to 14000 /cm3 at depth between 115 to 118 cm.Again the concentration is low after 118cm from first file 53. It becomes approximately 3000/ cm3.When i plotted the concentration vs depth of other file54.I got more or less same result at first.But in between the depth approximately 115 to 118 the concentration of file 54 is increasing more than concentration of file 53.After that the concentration of file 54 is decreasing more than file 53 upto 120cm.I think algae move in a group. And the concentration may be high in any depth because here the equal amount of sunlight is given during the experiment as we already showed in first figure.Concentration of algae could be high at depth 80 or may be 70 or may be other depth. In this case we get the concentration is high at approximately in between 115 to118(cm).I have fitted this graph linearly and with gaus functions.
