Karen Donders and I have edited a book published by Nordicom about public value tests: a new regulatory scheme introduced across Europe to measure the public worth and possible market impact of planned publicly funded media services.Collecting short essays from academics, regulators, public broadcasters and private media representatives, the book is a topical intervention in the debate about the future of our media systems.
