EarthClim

Co-leader of EarthClim - Integrated Earth System Approach to Explore Natural Variability and Climate Sensitivity - a multi-institutional, coordinated climate research project in Norway, funded by the Research Council of Norway for the period 2011-2013.

NorESM

NorESM is the name of the Norwegian Earth System Model - a state-of-the-art computer model for the simulation of the global climate and associated Earth System processes. Recent publications are (see here for additional publications):

CLIVAR WGOMD

Co-leader of the CLIVAR Working Group for Ocean Model Development (WGOMD).

North Atlantic Ocean Circulation

The inter-annual to decadal scale variability in the North Atlantic Ocean Circulation have interested me. Some relevant, recent papers are Otterå et al. (2010), Lohmann et al . (2009), Eldevik et al . (2009), Hatun et al . (2009), Lohmann et al . (2008), and Hatun et al . (2005).

Sea level

Analysis of observed (Richter et al., submitted) and simulated sea level variability and change, the latter based on the Norwegian Earth System Model NorESM.
